The visit form does not save your name, phone number, or your pet’s details on this website. When you choose WhatsApp, the note opens in WhatsApp and goes to the hospital desk at +91 99720 36524, the same way a message you typed yourself would.

Registering a pet and requesting an appointment saves what you type into the hospital’s record system, so the desk can see it. Those forms ask for a security code, and the same connection can only send a limited number of requests in an hour.

Calls and email go to the hospital. Clinical records stay in the hospital’s own system.
