Services

What the hospital does.

Everything below happens at B K Circle. This page is a list of care, not a diagnosis. If your pet is in distress, call +91 74067 34689.

Emergency care

Call the 24-hour helpline before you leave so a table can be cleared. Come to the first floor at B K Circle. Do not give human painkillers. Paracetamol is dangerous for cats and dogs.

Consultations

Dogs, cats, and exotic pets are seen here. Walk-ins are accepted. Calling the desk first helps when the afternoon is already full.

Surgery

Orthopaedic, eye, and soft-tissue surgery. The veterinarian will tell you what has to happen before the day itself, including fasting and any tests. Ask which surgeon is operating when you book.

Dental and oral care

Cleaning, oral checks, and dental surgery when a tooth has to come out. Dental work is booked after a consult. You will hear what the procedure involves and how the pet goes home.

Vaccination

Puppy, kitten, and adult schedules, including boosters. Bring the card you already have so the next dose is timed from the last one, not guessed. The desk can start a card if this is the first visit.

Inpatient care

Pets that need to stay are monitored in the hospital, including after surgery and through the night when the case needs it. You will be told what is being watched and when to call for an update.

Pharmacy

Medicines prescribed in the consult can be collected in the hospital. That matters on a night when other shops on Kothnur Main Road are shut. Bring old strips if a medicine is being continued.

Microchip and papers

Permanent identification chips, and travel certificates when your pet needs papers. Ask the desk which documents the journey actually requires. A chip is not the same document as a health certificate.

Tell the desk what you need.

A vaccination and a night emergency are different calls. Say which one it is.
